AWESOME!!! This is a terrific video about one of Downtown Owen Sound’s absolute gems. The Owen Sound Farmers’ Market is one of the downtown’s biggest assets and is a great Saturday morning event for residents and tourists alike. Way to go Tommy!

Ah … sorry to disagree on this one. This in fact has everything to do with the Farmers Market. Part of the OSFM’s success is in being such a great community partner. In addition to supporting a great four season Saturday morning market, it also serves the community well by supporting “local people” and in this case … local youth. Providing talented young local artists like First Rate People with a forum to perform is I think no different than supporting the local artisans who sell their wares in their market stalls every Saturday AM.

You are right … it doesn’t have anything to do with the market directly. However, it shows our market manager and one of our vendors having some fun on a supply run. (Just thought we’d add a little personality to the site).

Again – here I was looking for a video of the vendors and their products of what I could find shopping during the market hours on a Sat morning – This is totally not a farm fresh product or showing off the market’s best products or produce.

Added more heat and it was even better. Awesome soup. Lots of work but it was worth it.
