Jan & Phobe Toebes

J. & P. Toebes Farm has been in business since 1989. They began selling at the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market a year later. Farm spokesperson Jan Toebes’ impressive list of “Fresh from the Farm” vegetables include: beans, peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, potatoes, rhubarb, onions, zucchini, garlic and pumpkins.

“We do not use any herbicides or pesticides. We grow 100 percent of our vegetables on our farm and we aim to provide the freshest produce possible,” she states.
